Aesthetically perfect for Instagramer and foodies. What makes me awe with the place is Poultry Stack's interior design, which is bright and cheerful that give comfy and fun vibe. It is for everyone who is searching for a peaceful and quiet place to eat. Poultry Stack is definitely a food haven and our first stop of Manila Food Trip 2017 day two organized by Pampanga Bloggers' Society.
The staffs are all so kind, friendly and accommodating. The service makes you wanna come back for more. The chefs are well skilled, Chef Gino Gonzalez and Chef Gene, which you can see in the food's presentation and it is all delicious.
Poultry Stack Overload Garlic Chicken is one of my personal favorites, the crispy garlic are the best and the chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a perfect sauce that goes with it.

Let me take this moment and appreciate their chicken skin longanisa, it is something unique and refreshing for the palate. I am a sucker for crunchy and crispy that you need to deep in the vinegar. Yum!
