Nineteen Bale Bagnet has brought the famous Ilocos bagnet in Pampanga, so you don't need to go to Ilocos to taste their bagnet. They serve all kinds of Filipino favorite fusion bagnet, like kare kare bagnet, curry bagnet, binagoongan bagnet and ginataang bagnet. I was amaze that it really goes well with the bagnet.

All of this fusion bagnets has a recipe that took a long try and test before they serve it to the public. All recipes are thoughts and opinion of the owner's family and friends. Bale bagnet was a former old house of the owner and decided to turn it into business. The place is simple and the ambiance is something that family would be comfortable and get cozy with.

The bagnet stays crunchy despite of the long photoshoots with the food. I love how it was cooked and taste just exactly I expected it to be, not fatty and salty. The highlight of the day is their Kare Kare bagnet, not quite surprise that it is their best seller. I highly highly recommend the Kare Kare! It is my favorite in their menu because of the thick and tasty Kare Kare sauce. YUM!
